Peugeot unveils its 2010 program

Peugeot has revealed its program for the 2010 season.Endurance. The French firm will present itself at Sebring with two 908 HDI FAPs in March. To prepare the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the drivers of the Peugeot n°1 in Sarthe will be associated for the first time in the United States: Anthony Davidson will compete in his first race with Peugeot, even being the first Briton to get into a 908. He will team up with Alex Wurz and Marc Embarrassed, like during the legendary Le Mans race. Sébastien will be associated with the second 908 entered at Sebring. Bourdais, Pedro Lamy and Nicolas Minassian.

Peugeot will return to Europe and, like last year, will participate in the 1000 kilometers of Spa-Francorchamps (Le Mans Series) with three cars. Next will come the 24 Hours of Le Mans (see elsewhere), central race of the season for the Lion firm. Peugeot will then travel to Great Britain to compete in the Silverstone 1000 km, before taking part in the Shanghai Asian LMS race, with the Petit Le Mans (American LMS) race being an option.

Peugeot also announced the development of a new car for 2011, called 90X for the moment. The French manufacturer's teams are awaiting the finalization of the 2011 endurance regulations, in order to be able to validate the options imagined in the design office. It will replace the 908 after four years of good and loyal service.

In addition, the Peugeot 908 2010 version offers a new livery. The dominant colors remain the same, Peugeot's characteristic blue is even more present on the 908 2010. Find the photo album by clicking here.
