Peugeot recovers in warm-up

The Lion responded to Audi by setting the best time of the session. The #908 8 from Montagny-Minassian-Sarrazin took the lead in the session with a time of 2'03''744.

Peugeot was surely keen to prove the potential of his new 908, after missing his qualifying following a red flag before the end of the session. The Lion took 1st place in the warm-up ahead of the No. 18 Audi R2 TDI of Fässler-Lotterer-Tréluyer which finished 1s behind the 1st Peugeot.

In LMP2, the best time goes to the Oreca 03 Nissan from the Signatech Nissan team (2:13:241). It precedes the HPD ARX 01d of Strakka Racing.

In GTE Pro, the Ferrari F458 Italia AF Corse n°71 of Toni Vilander achieves the best in the category (2?21??640). She is ahead of the No. 458 Hankook Team Fambacher F89 Italia of Allan Simonsen.

The start of the 1000 km of Spa-Francorchamps will be given at 14 p.m.
