Porsche in the lead on the 2nd day of the Prologue

Brendon Hartley signed the best lap of the second morning of testing at the Prologue WEC à Monza (Italie). Le pilote de la Porsche 919 Hybrid n°2 a signé un temps de 1’32’’024 en terminant à près de 7 dixièmes du chrono référence des tests toujours détenu par Mike conway on Toyota TS050 Hybrid. Yuji Kunimoto a été le plus proche du Néo-Zélandais avec 6 dixièmes de retard sur la Toyota n°7.

Matthieu Vaxivière improved the LMP2 reference time with a time of 1'26''078 on the TDS Racing Oreca 07, improving Bruno Senna's time achieved in the No. 16 Vaillante Rebellion by 31 thousandths. Roman Rusinov was the closest to the Frenchman, almost 4 tenths behind the #26 G-Drive Racing car.

Porsche remains in the lead in GTE Pro

Kévin Estre was the fastest of the morning in GTE Pro with a time of 1'47''507 set in the No. 911 Porsche 92 RSR, a tenth of the reference time set by his teammate Michael Christensen. Frédéric Makowiecki followed 8 thousandths behind the sister car, ahead of the No. 67 Ford GT of Harry Tincknell. Miguel Molina improved the GTE Am reference time with a time of 1’49”843 achieved on the Ferrari 488 n°54 of the Spirit of Race.
