Porsche remains the benchmark at the Prologue

Brendon Hartley achieved the best time of the second morning of testing at the Prologue of the WEC disputé au Paul-Ricard (Var). Gustavo Menezes replaced theAlpine A460-Nissan leads the LMP2 with a time of 1'46"974, preceding the Oreca 05-Nissan of G-Drive Racing led by Roman Rusinov by more than six tenths, while the second Alpine driven by David Cheng follows at a second.

The Ferrari 488 GTE from AF Corse continue to monopolize the first places in the GTE Pro. Sam Bird set the best time of the session in the category with a lap of 1'58"083, ahead of his teammate Gianmaria Bruni by more than two tenths. The Gulf Racing Porsche 911 RSR, first in the GTE Am thanks to Michael Wainwright, even finished ahead of the Ford GTs.

The last session of the Prologue will be contested from 14 to 17 p.m.
