The sessions follow one another and are similar to Sebring. For the second session in a row, the LM P2s got the better of the Hypercars during a morning punctuated by different red flags (four in total). These various interruptions did not disrupt WRT's Oreca 07-Gibson, since Vincent Vosse's men took the first two places overall. The No. 41 of Rui Andrade, Ferdinand Habsburg and Norman Nato set the best time in 1:48.089 ahead of the No. 31, reigning champion (Sean Gelael, René Rast, Robin Frijns), at 0.283. It's even a hat-trick for LM P2 since United Autosports USA completed the podium with the No. 22 of Phil Hanson, Filipe Albuquerque and Will Owen, at 0.483.

The first Hypercar is at the foot of the podium with, like the day before, theAlpine A480 No. 36 at the top of its category. The trio Andre Negro, Nicolas lapierre and Matthieu Vaxiviere signed his best loop in 1:48.707. The first one Toyota, n°8 (Sébastien Buemi, Brendon Hartley, Ryo Hirakawa) is in ninth place in 1:49.101, just ahead of the SCG 007 LMH of Glickenhaus Racing (Ryan Briscoe, Romain Dumas, Olivier Pla) in 1:49.159.

Porsche mastering GTE

In GTE Pro, the Porsche n°92 (Kévin Estre, Michael Christensen) posted a third best time in three sessions with a lap of 1:55.315. More than a second ahead of the Corvette C8.R of Tommy Milner and Nick Tandy. The second Porsche, the No. 91 of Richard Lietz and Gianmaria Bruni, completed the podium.

The German manufacturer dominated the morning in GTE Am with a quadruple: the No. 77 Dempsey – Proton Racing (Christian Ried, Sebastian Priaulx, Harry Tincknell, Memo Gidley) ahead of the No. 1 Team Project 46 (Matteo Cairoli, Mikkel Pedersen, Nicolas Leutwiller), the Dempsey – Proton Racing n°88 (Fred Poordad, Patrick Lindey, Julien Andlauer) and the Team Project 1 n°56 (Brendan Iribe, Ollie Millroy, Ben Barnicoat). All in just over tenths.
