Rebellion: “We will run our own race”

Rebellion Racing hopes to repeat its feat this weekend in the Belgian Ardennes. Occupying fourth place in the ILMC standings, the Swiss team is counting on its drivers, Neel Jani, Nicolas Cheers and Jeroen Bleekemolen, to maintain this position, as well as on the new developments installed on the Lola B10/60 Toyota.

Bart Hayden, Rebellion Racing team manager, is waiting to see the beneficial effects of this new package in racing. “ We can't wait to see how our cars will perform at Spa with the new aero package, longer wheelbase, new front suspension and wider front tires supplied by Michelin », explains the team manager.

However, competition is tough since Peugeot and Audi will appear with their new prototype at the 1000 km of Spa-Francorchamps. “ For this race, we will be facing six diesel-powered factory cars and most of our rivals, both in ILMC and LMS. But we are all confident and optimistic; we will do our own race to aim for the best finishing positions. »
