What are your feelings after this great victory in Imola?
We're very happy; it had been over a year since the #8 car had won a race! The #7 won in Bahrain last year, and this is a great start to the season. It was a tough battle, although towards the end we were careful in the rain to avoid going off the track. I'm very pleased for the team, because they worked incredibly hard in Cologne, Japan, to give us this car. It feels great to have had a near-perfect weekend.

What did you think of the strategy that was put in place?
The strategy was good because we did the triple stint when needed, and we made the pit stop shorter to overtake car #50 at the right time. She was on soft tires and had quite a few problems at the end of her stint. Kamui didn't change tires to get ahead of car #51 and hold her back a bit; that was also smart.
Did you expect to win in the very first race with the new car?
We were hoping to do well, but winning is always very difficult. We'll take it one race at a time, but for the moment it's going pretty well.
