Sébastien Ogier drove the Toyota Hypercar

The eight-time champion has no time to breathe, he is already caught up in his new life as a multi-faceted pilot. Second of the trying Rally Monte-Carlo opens the championship WRC this week-end, Sébastien Ogier has no time to be idle since he immediately flew to Spain to drive the GR010 Hybrid of Toyota. The French driver took advantage of his three days of testing organized by the brand to take to the Aragón track, two months after his first appearance at the Rookie Test of WEC to Bahrain, and rack up the kilometers.

Preparing for the season

If this exit should not be interpreted as a potential participation of Ogier in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with Toyota this year, since the brand's crews are complete, the Gapençais is refining its preparation for the WEC and ELMS, in which they could participate in an LMP2 program. On the track, seven drivers took turns, including five holders of the WEC program. Mike conway et Jose Maria Lopez, who had just arrived from Daytona, were able to participate in the tests in Spain, unlike Kamui Kobayashi. Nick de Vries, who will take part in the new campaign Formula E (from this weekend in Riyadh), was also present in his capacity as a reserve pilot.
