Stoffel Vandoorne will ultimately not participate in the Rookie Test of WEC with Peugeot . The French team has in fact announced on its social networks that the Belgian driver is withdrawn for the test day, organized Sunday November 13 the day after the final of the 2022 season of the World ChampionshipEndurance FIA, due to appendicitis. The Lion firm has not yet announced by whom the world champion of Formula E in title will be replaced. The other rookie drivers scheduled for Sunday by Peugeot are Yann Ehrlacher, Maximilian Günther and Malthe Jakobsen.
