TF Sport on its way to the 2018-2019 Super-Season

After competing in the European Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2017 as part of the ACO championships, TF Sport will aim for an entry in the World ChampionshipEndurance for the 2018-2019 Super-Season in GTE Am.

The British structure, also involved in Blancpain GT Series or British GT (with a Marco Sorensen – Nicki Thiim duo for 2018), intends to field a Aston Martin Vantage from the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium (May 5). Salih Yoluc, Euan Hankey, teammates ELMS and at Le Mans, should be joined by Charlie Eastwood.

« It is a great honor to participate in the World Endurance Championship, comments Tom Ferrier, sporting director of TF Sport. This is by far our most ambitious program and highlights the strength of our team at all levels.

We have had a lot of success over the last two years in very tough championships like the Blancpain GT Series and ELMS, so I think we are ready to take it up a notch. We have a very big challenge with the WEC, but we are confident that we will be competitive and that we will achieve the results we hope for. »

TF Sport notably won in British GT in 2016 with the Adam – Johnston duo or in the Teams ranking in the Michelin Le Mans GT3 Cup that same year. Jonny Adam and Ahmad Al-Harthy also allowed TF Sport with Oman Racing to shine in Pro-Am in the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup in 2017.
