Toyota regains control of operations

It was probably in the penultimate hour of the race that the race was decided, here at Spa-Francorchamps. So in mind, Kamui Kobayashi went off the track at 17:34 p.m. at the wheel of the Toyota No. 7. If he left the reins of the test to theAlpine A480 n°36, the latter had to stop and let the other GR010 Hybrid pass, namely the n°8 currently in the hands of Kazuki Nakajima.

The Japanese has a 40" lead over the Brazilian André Négrao and is heading towards victory, even if he will have to observe during his next passage through the pits 5" more stops for having been released dangerously by his mechanics previously.

In LM P2, the race is relaunched. In the lead from the start, the No. 22 United Autosports Oreca will have to observe a drive through for non-compliance with the regulations under Full Course Yellow. Hope is therefore reborn for the two 07s of Jota, who currently monopolizes the other two steps of the provisional podium.

In GTE Pro, on the other hand, the Porsche 911 RSR-19 n°91 by Kévin Estre-Neel Jani doesn't have too much to worry about, since she is 21" and one minute ahead of the Ferrari 488 GTE Evo n°51 and n°52.

Finally, in GTE Am, the No. 488 83 GTE Evo from Rovera-Nielsen-Perrodo still holds the reins ahead of theAston Martin TF Sport's #33 Vantage AMR and the #911 Dempsey-Proton Racing Porsche 19 RSR-88.
