A second Rebellion R13 at Silverstone with Duval-Derani-Berthon

Rebellion Racing will finally field its two non-hybrid LM P1 R13 prototypes at the start of the 4 Hours of Silverstone, the opening of the 2019-2020 WEC. The trio Loïc Duval - Pipo Derani - Nathanaël Berthon will be requisitioned.

A second Rebellion R13 at Silverstone with Duval-Derani-Berthon

The entry list for the 4 Hours of Silverstone, first round of WEC 2019-2020, saw a significant change this Tuesday morning, with the addition of a Rebellion R13 LM P1, with the trio Loïc duval – Pipo Derani – Nathanaël Berthon.

A little surprise, since the Swiss team was only to enter two cars at the 6 Hours of Spa and the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the second part of the year, in 2020. But interesting news for the LM P1 field, which will therefore be increased to six cars.

The No. 13 R3 thus joins the No. 1, confirmed for the season and entrusted to Bruno Senna, Gustavo Menezes and Norman Nato. Note that Loïc Duval will make his return to LM P1, having last competed in the category in 2016, before the official withdrawal of Audi Sport.
