Despite the refusal of WEC to participate in the 2022 season, ByKolles continues to work on its hypercar. After lifting the veil on his Vanwall LMH just a few days ago, the structure founded by Colin and Romulus Kolles was finally able to send it onto the tarmac.
While waiting for the first official tests, ByKolles has set up on a military base in Germany to carry out the debugging of its Vanwall LMH. On the other side of the Rhine, the Austro-Romanian team relied in particular on Christophe Bouchut, winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1993 with Peugeot , to do the traditional Shakedown of your Hypercar.
On site, ByKolles had the opportunity to push his Vanwall LMH (powered by Gibson) to more than 300 km/h for the first time to the delight of his fans who did not hesitate to express their joy on social networks. “ Everything works well and we are ready for our first tests next week,” we could read on the team’s post.

Although their presence in Germany has not been confirmed, Tom Dillman and Esteban Guerrieri, the drivers selected for the development of the Vanwall LMH a year ago, will in any case be there for the first tests in a few days. ByKolles therefore continues its journey, perhaps hoping for a return to the WEC in 2023.
