Vincent Abril towards the 24 Hours of Le Mans

Après Jules Gounon, confirmé chez Risi Competizione en GTE Pro, et aux côtés du contingent français attendu chez Porsche Motorsport, un autre pilote tricolore sera au départ des 24 Hours of Le Mans (June 15-16).

According to our information, it is in GTE Am that Vincent Abril should discover the double Sarthois clock tower, at the wheel of the Porsche 911 RSR – Proton Competition.

The Gardois, new AKKA-ASP driver this season in the Blancpain GT Series after three seasons spent under the Bentley Motorsport banner, should add the classic Le Mans to his experience of endurance events, having already competed in the 24 Hours of Spa or even the Bathurst 12 Hours.

[UPDATE 9:40 a.m.]: Vincent Abril has confirmed his presence in the No. 911 Porsche 78 RSR – Proton Competition, alongside Philippe and Louis Prette.
