After reading these clarifications and explanations, it's clear that the brilliant idea of communicating about the Balance of Performance (BoP) was the worst possible idea, except that now it's too late, we know that it sets the tone, that by 'the whim of the prince' it is decided who performs or not (see Peugeot at Le Mans last year!).

Except that... controlling budgets costs money, and apparently the FIA and the ACO don't have the means!! " insists the former Peugeot employee. "So B.
