WEC 2026 – Championship standings after the 6 Hours of Imola

This hadn't happened since the world title won by Toyota At the end of 2024, the Japanese brand is leading the manufacturers' championship. WEC, and even both in the Hypercar category! Victorious, car #8 of Brendon Hartley, Ryo Hirakawa and Sébastien Buemi logically leads the way, while number 7 is in third place.

In this Toyota sandwich, we find the Classic Ferrari for sale No. 51, the reigning world champion with Alessandro Pier Guidi, Antonio Giovinazzi, and James Calado, started from pole position and also earned an additional point, leaving them just six points behind the leading Toyota. In the LMGT3 class, BMW took the lead following the victory of the No. 69 driven by Anthony McIntosh, Dan Harper, and Parker Thompson.
