WEC – 5H: Toyota can hope for a double at Spa

Nicolas lapierre took over the wheel of the Toyota n°8 to complete the final laps of the track at the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps with almost a minute ahead of his closest pursuers. The fight is for second place where the Japanese manufacturer is fighting for a double. The No. 040 TS7 of Stéphane Sarrazin chases the No. 1 Audi Loïc duval in front, there Porsche No. 14 from Neel Jani who fell back to fourth position in the stoppage game. The No. 18 R2 of Marcel Fässler took fifth place against the No. 3 of Filipe Albuquerque.

G-Drive Racing still dominates the LMP2 with the Morgan-Nissan in which Olivier Pla is now racing, which is still ahead of the Joa Sport Zytek driven by Marc Gené.
