WEC-EL2: Porsche takes the lead in Shanghai 6h testing

After the first test session for the 6 Hours of Shanghai where Audi stood out, Porsche launched the response in the second session with a reference time of 1’45”111 achieved by Mark Webber on the #919 17 Hybrid. The old pilot Red Bull was two tenths ahead of the sister car driven by Neel Jani. The Audis follow less than a second from the best time while the Toyota clock at more than two seconds.

L'Aston Martin #99 of MacDowall-Rees-Stanaway ranked ahead of the Porsche 911 RSRs of Team Manthey. SMP Racing finished first in GTE Am with a lap completed in 2'04"527 by Aleksey Basov on the Ferrari n ° 72.
