WEC-H+4: the #17 Porsche maintains the advantage at the Nürburgring

Porsche retains the lead at the Nürburgring after 4 hours of racing with the #17 of Mark Webber. The No. 18 of Neel Jani is fighting with the Audis.

WEC-H+4: the #17 Porsche maintains the advantage at the Nürburgring

Two hours from the finish at the Nürburgring (Germany), Porsche maintains the lead of the race with the No. 17 led by Mark Webber which is around 1'30 ahead of the first Audi, the No. 7 of Benoît Tréluyer which precedes the No. 8 of Oliver Jarvis. The 919 Hybrid No. 18, which encountered numerous problems with its fuel consumption, came within ten seconds of the second R18 e-tron quattro.

KCMG maintains LMP2 lead with his Oreca 05 driven by Richard Bradley. The G-Drive Racing Ligier JS P2s reversed their positions, with the #26 of Ricardo Gonzalez now preceding the #28 of Julien Canal.

Porsche is also in control of the GTE Pro by now monopolizing the first two places, the No. 92 of Patrick Pilet maintaining the advantage over the Ferrari n°71 of Davide Rigon, while the n°91 entrusted to Richard Lietz remains in first position in the category. Dempsey's No. 77 Porsche? Proton Racing led by Patrick Long has taken back control of GTE Am.
