After Giedo van der Garde, it's Adrian Sutil's turn to attack Sauber F1 Team in court. The German criticizes the Swiss team for not having respected the terms of his contract which provided for him to be a starting driver in 2015, the team having preferred to field Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr, mainly for financial reasons. The former Force India driver filed a complaint with the Court of Zurich (Switzerland).
Sauber F1 Team defends itself by claiming that Adrian Sutil's performances did not meet the team's expectations and that the German had expressed negative remarks against the team. The pilot would also have promised the Swiss structure to find financial support to the tune of 40 million dollars (more than 36 million euros).
Adrian Sutil is demanding $3,5 million (or 3,2 million euros) from Sauber F1 Team.
