Alex Albon is Mr. 100% at Williams. Since the start of this 2025 season, the Thai driver has qualified in Q3 every time and has confirmed his performance in the race by scoring points. This was again the case this Sunday with a fine ninth place for the former driver. Red BullScoring points in three consecutive Grands Prix is a first for his team since Lance stroll in 2017, a year in which the Canadian had a 10th place in Austria, a third place in Azerbaijan and a ninth place in Canada.
Despite the strong performance, Alex Albon was unusually harsh with his team on the radio, complaining about problems with his gearbox and his team's strategy.
« Don't hold it against me, the person concerned finally joked to the Canal + microphone after the checkered flag. It was a boring race, so you needed the radios! I must have looked different from what I do outside the car. I had problems with the gear ratios and we lost on strategy. We pitted a bit too late, but it didn't matter in the end. »

Williams is on the right track; it's a team we should be back at the top of the table. By the way, hello Carlos, is anyone in the car?

A first for Williams since... Lance Stroll in 2017. The only permanent employee on the roster is therefore dragging his joy of life and his happiness of being in F1 since 2017, time flies too quickly!
