Alesi and Leclerc join the Ferrari Driver Academy

Pilot of the Team Ferrari between 1991 and 1995 (with its only success in F1 in Canada during its final season in Canada), Jean Alesi will see his son Giuliano join the Driver Academy of the Italian brand from this season, alongside its GP3 Series program within the trans teamalpine Trident Racing.

The young Frenchman will accompany the Italian Antonio Fuoco, the Chinese Guan Yu Zhou, both already present in the Driver Academy, and another new recruit, in the person of the Monegasque Charles Leclerc. Recently confirmed within of the ART Grand Prix team for the 2016 GP3 Series season, Leclerc becomes development driver of the Scuderia, and could also be linked to the team Haas F1 Team, which collaborates closely with Maranello, particularly on a technical level.
