More fear than harm at Silverstone. Following the horrific pileup which involved 7 cars on the first lap of the British Grand Prix, no pilots were injured. Alexander albon was the most worrying case, following his evacuation by helicopter to Coventry hospital, not far from the circuit. Finally, the Thai was able to leave without constraints on Sunday evening, after having passed precautionary examinations.

Esteban Ocon et Yuki tsunoda could not avoid the car No. 23 in distress. On Twitter, the pilot Williams wanted to reassure his fans. " Everything is fine ! But more importantly, I'm happy that Guanyu-Zhou go well. Thank you to the medical staff and thank you everyone for your messages. I have my eyes on Austria. »
Jost Capito, the director of the British team, thinks he can count on his Alexander Albon from Austria. “I just got some really good news from the hospital, Alex is doing well. He's out and he can go home, relax and get ready for the next weekend. Unfortunately his race was over before the first turn, and I think it could have been a good race for him. »
