Between Alfa Romeo and Sauber, the affair will continue to roll in 2021. The Italian manufacturer and the Swiss structure will still be associated next season in Formula 1, as Sauber Motorsport announced this Thursday, October 29.
The partnership must make it possible to « strengthen team stability and its commitment to the future, while reflecting its ambition for future success in F1”, from a team currently eighth in the Manufacturers' standings with 5 points after 12 races in 2020.

Regarding technology transfer, Sauber engineers had their say on the carbon aerodynamic elements of the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA and GTAm sports series.
As part of the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix at Imola (October 30-November 1), the cars of Kimi Räikkönen and Antonio Giovinazzi will wear a special livery to honor 110 years of Alfa Romeo.
