Alonso completed 93 laps in Bahrain with Renault

After the young people, it's time for the experienced man. Fernando Alonso took over from the young Guanyu-Zhou, Christian Lundgaard and Oscar piastri in the seat of the RS18 on the Bahrain circuit on Wednesday.

Already present this weekend at Imola in the box Renault during the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, the Spaniard completed 93 laps during the first of his two days of testing planned in Sakhir ahead of the 2021 season of Formula 1.

They are in addition to the 100 kilometers that Alonso completed in Barcelona in October during the filming of a promotional clip.
