Fernando, how did you experience the Barcelona Grand Prix?
Running at home is always a great motivation. Even though we couldn't fight for the podium, we got the most out of the car and I was happy to finish fifth. I was lucky at the end when Felipe (Massa) had to slow down but it's always exciting to gain a point in the final straight. We still need to progress further to be at the forefront.

You have won twice in Monaco, tell us about this circuit?
It's one of my favorite races and I have fond memories of my victories here in 2006 and 2007. It's undoubtedly the race that all drivers want to win. The first round of free practice on Thursday is always a great moment, you have to adjust your driving and get used to these narrow streets and the obstacles at every turn. It is a mentally demanding race because there is not a moment of respite. But Monaco is also a show for the fans, who can be close to the cars.

How are you approaching this weekend?
The most important thing is to qualify as close to the front of the grid as possible. You must therefore focus on having free space in qualifying and not being stuck in traffic, to achieve a good time. All the teams will arrive with a new aero package because this circuit is so special. We will use a different setup to deal with climbs and sharp turns. I think we can hope to aim for a place in the top 10 in qualifying and get into the points in the race.
