But this experience should not constitute for the moment a new career direction for Giovinazzi who remains focused on a single objective.

“I wanted to understand how everything works in Formula E, because there is nothing better than driving a racing car. But my priority remains F1. I will do anything to get a place on one of the teams. » comments Giovinazzi in the columns of Gazzetta.

Antonio Giovinazzi, resident of the Ferrari fold, will evolve as a reserve driver at Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team in 2018, alongside the regular drivers Charles Leclerc and Marcus Ericsson. Giovinazzi replaced Pascal Wehrlein in Australia and China last year, the German still convalescing.
