Aston Martin will launch its season on March 3

Save the date. Save the date. With these three words, Aston Martin has confirmed the launch date of its season which marks its return in F1 after 60 years of absence.

On March 3, Aston Martin will present its team, and therefore its drivers, namely Lance stroll et Sebastian Vettel, as well as its car, the one which will definitively mark the return to the premier category of motorsport.

« Formula 1 is a hugely powerful platform that will play a key role in Aston Martin's overall strategy as we seek to drive the company forward, underlined a few weeks ago Lawrence Stroll, executive president of Aston Martin Lagonda.

This is a truly global sport, with a huge audience, which we believe can help relaunch the brand and make it even more desirable around the world ».

On the grid in 2021, Aston Martin will take the place of the Racing Point team, owned by Lawrence Stroll, majority investor and executive president of the Gaydon (United Kingdom) firm.
