Bahrain – EL3: Oscar Piastri crushes the competition

Lando Norris was worried on Friday evening, not fully satisfied with the performance of his McLaren after a day dominated by the Papayes. The Briton must be reassured after seeing his teammate Oscar piastri sticking more than a second to almost everyone else on the grid. The Australian dominated the entire session, appearing a little more comfortable than Norris, who finished 2nd but 0 seconds behind: an abysmal gap.

Charles Leclerc is the only non-McLaren driver to have managed a lap within a second of Piastri.
