Brawn: “I’m going to take a few months off”

The Englishman Ross Brawn, who did not find an agreement to continue with the Mercedes team in 2014, left himself a few months to decide on the rest of his career. His role will be split between Paddy Lowe, who left McLaren end of 2012, and Toto wolff.

As revealed by The Mirror newspaper, Brawn will “take a few months off” before “see how things will evolve”.

“During the summer I will decide on my future, I am taking a sabbatical year, admitted the former director of the Brawn GP team. I think that if I get involved in motorsport again it will be in Formula 1 but I am very open-minded. It will depend on what motivates me and what I am going to be offered. »

Ross Brawn, who had already taken a sabbatical in 2007, has already received an offer from his former team, Ferrari, and also met with Honda for a collaboration in 2015.
