Brawn goes to observe Button

Ross Brawn, team manager Mercedes GP, will have to do without Jenson Button. However, the Briton has long claimed that everything was finalized "99%", the question of salary posing a problem in sealing the agreement. But the world champion driver preferred to take on a new challenge by joining McLaren et Lewis Hamilton, its predecessor on the list.

From now on, the former boss of Jenson Button says he will follow the performances of his former foal closely. “ I will follow the duel between Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button with great interest, he told the daily Bild. Jenson told me as he left that he wanted a new challenge. With Hamilton, he found it. Two Englishmen, two world champions. In the end, one of them will be the loser. »

With Jenson Button gone, Ross Brawn welcomed Nico Rosberg with open arms. The German driver was initially supposed to support the 2009 world champion, or even take his measure. The former pilot Williams is now the first official driver and his teammate is not yet known. The names of Nick Heidfeld and Adrian Sutil come up repeatedly to complete the driver duo.
