Briatore tired of Colapinto, Bottas is ready

Last Saturday, at the end of the qualifying session for the Austrian Grand Prix, Flavio Briatore was not feeling light-hearted. « The car was clearly sufficient for Q3, but we are still two cars short of the required level; Franco was too far away to reach Q3, a level we need to improve, if we want to be more competitive with both cars " he declared bluntly. Clearly, the manager's words require no decoding: Colapinto needs to raise his game, and fast. Ahead of the Austrian GP, the Argentinian revealed that he had received confirmation that he would be behind the wheel for the next race in Great Britain, but that he had not yet sufficiently convinced Briatore to keep him for the rest of the season. And it is certainly not the Austrian round, which was pointless and where he almost crashed Piastres which took him a turn in the decor, which goes in the direction of maintenance.
Silverstone will undoubtedly be decisive, as a new and very credible candidate has just positioned himself. Briatore now seems convinced that, given the current situation ofAlpine, salvation will come more certainly from experience than from youth. According to our British colleagues from The Race, he would have thus knocked on the door of Mercedes to inquire about the status of the in-house reserve pilot: Valtteri Bottas. For the Finn, still in talks with Cadillac, being so sought after is flattering, and sends the message that the Americans would have every interest in accelerating negotiations. It's also an additional perspective, with a view to 2026, but on the condition that this hypothetical stint with the Blues works. But there, nothing is certain...

The general opinion of all of us ….. is very clear, and yes how is it possible that Briatore …… could have come back … incomprehensible !!!!! And it’s true that since he’s been there …… he’s only been selling…. It’s a shame…..👎 So he must be fired immediately, or kept only as a consultant, because several…… sponsors will come. The decision must be made in the coming days. Now the ball is in the court of the CEO Renault leaders……..🤔👀🇫🇷

I hate this guy and everything he stands for... A new boss will be in place at Renault from mid-July. Depending on who is appointed and especially if he is French, this guy's hours will (definitely) be counted... at least I hope so!!!!

Briatore is a mafia man! It's not normal that the FIA let him back into the circuit, because of all the skeletons in his closet! His only concern right now is to see who he can sell to. Alpine, this is calculated for what it will bring in in black market commissions!

These are managers who don't give the drivers confidence. Colapinto was good at Williams, but when you hear the Williams manager speak, you understand that the atmosphere is pleasant in this team. On the contrary, the second Red Bull driver is on an ejection seat with Doctor Helmut... and the necessary serenity is hard to find.

Who isn't tired of Brille A Tort? Even Gasly should be wary of the King of Cheaters... That said, when you see the level of performance of the only mule cup on the 2024 grid at the wheel of Saubersteekick's trestle, you might have doubts about his performance at the wheel of theAlpine 2025!
