Bruno Senna wants points at home

Driving in front of your audience is a privilege. Bruno Senna knows it. A few days before the final race of the season, in Sao Paulo, the Brazilian expresses his haste. “I'm always excited to return home for the last race of the season. Racing at your national Grand Prix has a special flavor, the energy and excitement you get from the crowd is incredible. » Sunday the pilot Williams, and nephew of Brazilian legend Ayrton Senna, will ride in front of his fans for the third time. “I only had the opportunity to drive at home twice, but each time the public gave me an extra boost of motivation. »

Like many of his counterparts, Bruno Senna praises Interlagos. “It’s a circuit that most drivers like. It is very technical and it is difficult to get the most out of it which often offers surprising races. » In the last three Grand Prix, the Williams driver finished in the points. His objective will therefore be to conclude his season with a new top 10. “We have made a lot of progress in the last few races and I hope that the trend will continue to increase and that we will be able to place our two cars in the points again here.”

In the Drivers' standings, Bruno Senna is 16th with 31 points, 12 points behind the future retiree Michael Schumacher.
