Bruno Senna aims for points in India

Bruno Senna highlighted himself by replacing Nick Heidfeld at Lotus-Renault. The Brazilian was in Q3 at Spa-Francorchamps for his first race of the season and was in the top ten at the finish of the Italian GP. But he has been lacking success in the last 3 races, fighting at the back of the grid and he hopes that the Indian GP will be an opportunity for him to pick up new points.

“India promises to be a journey into the unknown”, comments Bruno Senna. “None of us have ever run there. We don't yet know how the car will perform there. But according to the design of the track, it should suit us well and we can expect a place in the top ten. You still have to be careful at this stage. From the plans it looks fast and smooth, which would suit his driving style and I can't wait to see how it performs in the race. It will be a test of who learns the fastest. Obviously, the teams that can get the most out of their car in the shortest amount of time will be the big beneficiaries. »
