Button happy to rediscover Silverstone

Jenson Button has never managed to win on his land. Worse, he has never been on the podium, his best result being two fourth places in 2004 and 2010. But that doesn't stop him from looking forward to riding on the new circuit.

“Even though it's not a good place for me, I'm really looking forward to this year's race.”, insists the pilot Mclaren. “We rode on a new track last year, but this will be the first time we will drive on the new circuit. »

“With a new starting grid, a new first corner and a brand new paddock, the facilities should be fantastic and they should confirm that Silverstone is one of the best circuits in the world. It will be strange to start from the grid thinking of going hard into Abbey at the first corner! », adds Jenson Button.
