Button doesn't fear Red Bull at Silverstone

Jenson Button struggled into the points in Valencia, the Briton still struggling aboard his car. At the British Grand Prix where he has never won before, the driver McLaren hopes to play at the forefront by taking advantage of an efficient car in the fast corners of the British circuit. However, he will have a lot to face, particularly the RB8s who have shown great progress recently. But it shouldn't be a problem according to the 2009 world champion.

“Everyone was pretty excited about the performance of Red Bull during the last race, it is true that their speed was incredible”, comments the McLaren driver. “The single-seaters received an aero package that works in slow corners. This is a sector where it is difficult to progress since the ban on blower exhausts. We're struggling with that at the moment but it shouldn't be a problem for us because it's a fast circuit and it's at high speeds that our developments work. »
