Button feels good at McLaren

Often in Formula 1, the coexistence between two champions proved to be somewhat stormy. This season, the last two world champions meet at McLaren. Despite the fact that many think that Jenson Button will be “eaten” by his teammate, the reigning champion is confident, affirming that everything is going very well with his compatriot.

“Both think it will work between us, declares the former Brawn GP driver to the official Formula 1 website. It's not because we both won the world championship that our lives are going to be more complicated. I have worked with many fantastic drivers in my career, and I got along great with all of them. I am convinced that we will work very well together. »

Jenson Button feels good within the Woking team and is convinced that he will not be at a disadvantage compared to his teammate, the team's favorite.

?I don?t think there?s any advantage. Obviously Lewis knows the team very well, and he feels at home here. But at McLaren everything has been done to ensure that we benefit from the same treatment and the same equipment, and I can honestly say that since my arrival everything has gone very well, I know that they have made a lot of effort to ensure that I feel good here so that I can give the best of myself. »

Linguistics or truth, Jenson seems to have integrated perfectly into the McLaren team. Now it remains to transform that into good performances on the track. Still on his cloud from last year, the Briton could surprise more than one.
