Carlos Sainz: “The lap was good enough for 2nd place”

Second in the qualifying session for the Belgian Grand Prix behind Max Verstappen (Red Bull), Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) will start in pole position Sunday following the penalty imposed on the Dutchman.
