The revolution started at Caterham F1 after the buyout of the team by a group of investors advised by the Romanian Colin Kolles will go through the youth sector. It’s the Frenchman Nathanaël Berthon who was the first to benefit from this new policy focused on the creation of a Young Driver Development Program. After the announcement of the departure of the American Alexander Rossi, test driver who also officiated in the GP2 Series where he will be replaced by Frenchman Tom Dillmann, Caterham has just formalized the arrival of the young 20-year-old Italian Kevin Giovesi.
The latter is currently competing in Auto GP with the Eurotech Engineering team, where he occupies 4th place with 131 points after the Austrian round of the Red Bull Ring. Like Nathanaël Berthon, Giovesi will carry out simulator sessions in the premises of the team based in Leafield in England. He will be able to work in collaboration with all the engineers.
