Haas was the first to hit the track, unveiling its black and white livery with red ends, adorned with a new title sponsor present on the front wing, nose, halo and engine cover: MoneyGram. The American team had restyled its 2022 coat, first in the colors of the Russian company Uralkali, before adopting an all-white appearance due to the geopolitical context marked by the invasion of Ukraine. This year, on the curves of the new generation single-seaters, we find black bands evoking the 2020 livery.

Compare the 2023 livery of the American team with that of 2022:

Like last year, Haas takes the lead by opening the livery ball. And, like last year, it's not about the car definitive of Kevin Magnussen et Nico Hulkenberg, who will take the wheel of their real car for 2023 from the winter tests in Bahrain (February 23-25). It is therefore impossible to know what technical adjustments have been made by the team from Banbury (United Kingdom) to try to further climb the ranks of the Manufacturers' ranking. The 2022 financial year was marked by a fine fifth place for Magnussen in the first meeting of the calendar, the same driver signing his first pole position in Brazil. Haas finished 8th in the 2022 financial year, its best result since 2018.

For this 2023 campaign, the team will be able to count on its Danish driver and an experienced teammate, replacing Mick Schumacher. The Magnussen/Hülkenberg pair coupled with the Texan company MoneyGram and the powertrain Ferrari give stability to the franchise led by Günther Steiner. Objective: to leave the back of the grid in which it is stagnating to play spoilsport in the battle for the middle of the peloton.
