Renault burned last night one of the two jokers authorized annually to break the FIA curfew.
The men from Losange actually stayed until late at the Silverstone circuit to replace the chassis of Daniel Ricciardo. A crack was in fact discovered in the Australian's R.S.20 after the first two free sessions.
Renault incurs no penalty and affirms this morning that everything is in working order for EL3 and the qualifying session which are being held this Saturday.
UPDATED
Due to a hairline fracture on the chassis in practice yesterday, Daniel will take a new chassis for the rest of the weekend. The team broke the curfew overnight but all is ready for practice today.#RSspirit #BritishGP
