De la Rosa and Wurz for US F1?

With the ban on testing during the season, the test drivers of the teams of Formula 1 have much less exciting roles than before. Also, the prospect of joining a team that reaches Formula 1 is tempting for many drivers in this situation. And, with three new teams on the 2010 starting grid, experienced drivers have the wind in their sails. If US F1 (U GPE) wanted to enter the arena with, at least, one American driver, Peter Windsor seems to have resolved to recruit drivers based on their experience and not their nationality. Thus, Pedro de la Rosa and Alexander Wurz appear in a good position on the list of the US F1 boss.

Pedro de la Rosa, test pilot at McLaren, has already been contacted by Campos, in the same way as Marc Gené, and therefore sees the possibilities multiplying in order to find a seat in Formula 1. Alexander Wurz, Brawn GP test driver, had the ambition to? bring the Superfund team to Formula 1. And even if there remains a tiny chance following the announced withdrawal of BMW, the Austrian has a better chance of returning to Formula 1 by joining US F1.

The route of experienced drivers therefore remains the most plausible for US F1, which wishes to count on men helping the team to develop. Alexander Wurz confirmed that he was close to an agreement with the US F1 boss: ?
