Day of mourning in the world of Formula 1 This Thursday, March 20th, with the passing of Eddie Jordan. The iconic team director died at the age of 76 following a battle with prostate and bladder cancer that he had been battling for several months.

« It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Eddie Jordan OBE, the former Formula 1 team owner, television commentator, and entrepreneur. He passed away peacefully with his family by his side in Cape Town in the early hours of March 20, 2025.,” his family announced.

A loss that has sparked great emotion in the paddock, where tributes to Eddie Jordan have been pouring in over the past few hours. Teams, the organization, former drivers... Many people have paid tribute to the Irishman.
