It is a tradition that pilots adopt Formula 1 at the start of each season. The moment of revealing the helmets they will wear over the next 24 Grands Prix is always important for them, who have great freedom in choosing patterns and colours. While some, like Max Verstappen et Fernando Alonso, have remained faithful to their designs from previous years, others have completely changed sides. Transfers to a new team are often good reasons to switch to a formula diametrically opposed to that of your former team.

Among these followers of the new look for a new life, Lewis Hamilton kept it simple with an all-yellow helmet, whileEsteban Ocon opted for the red and black of HaasThe rookies also had fun: Isack Hadjar paid tribute to his father, a scientist, with mathematical formulas, while Gabriel Bortoleto will have a skull in the colours of Ayrton Senna and Jack Doohan will use the same design as his father, Mick Doohan, five-time world champion.
