In quarantine with AUTOhebdo – What if we watched the 1986 Australian GP?

If you had to choose an edition among the 35 Australian Grands Prix of Formula 1, the 1986 vintage would instantly stand out from the crowd. At the time, the Adelaide track served as the championship final. On October 26, 1986, three drivers could claim the title: Nigel Mansell (Williams, 70 points), Alain Prost (McLaren, 64 points) and Nelson Piquet (Williams, 63 points).

The rest, all enthusiasts have heard about it, but for the newbies, we won't spoil the surprise, between tire explosions and wild French comments.
