There is almost nothing missing for the 2025 season to be a success. F1 begins. The action even begins this week with the winter tests. Three days of action (February 26-28) on the Sakhir circuit in Bahrain where the teams and drivers will be able to get a first glimpse of the level of their car concerned.

Like every, the test days will be divided into two sessions. Each lasting 4 hours for a total of 8 hours of driving per day. During each session, the teams will only be able to run one car and one driver. In general, they make sure to alternate between morning and afternoon, although some sometimes rely on a full day with the same driver. However, each driver will complete these winter tests with the same driving time, i.e. 12 hours.

As for the on-track action, each day will start at 8:00 AM (French time) and end at 17:00 PM (French time) with an hour break between 12:00 PM and 13:00 PM. In France, the broadcast will be provided by Canal+ while AUTOhebdo will offer you live commentary each day.

Because it's nice there, weather conditions significant for the next grand prix. Much better than BCN where it sometimes snowed at this time. And the cars and equipment are halfway to the 1st GP in Australia.

Preliminary tests are not really significant because the teams will probably not all run in the same conditions. Based on this, why concentrate these tests on the same track? Bahrain's sponsorship for Liberty Media and ecological considerations for the FIA? I almost come to regret the winter tests when the teams were scattered almost to the 4 corners of the world
