“If ever the decision is opposed to what we believe, the correct interpretation (from the sporting regulations, Editor’s note) being on our side of course, then we will have to react quickly and demand that this happens as soon as we can do so”, continues the main team. “For two years I think it is clear that Pirelli, in order to do tests, asked all the teams to ride a little. But for us it is obvious that we cannot do it with the current car, and that is why they did not even ask us to do it, we believe that it is not possible. » As a reminder, the FIA ​​has already positioned itself very clearly against Pirelli and Mercedes.
