Esteban Gutiérrez arrived at Ferrari

Esteban Gutiérrez traveled to Maranello to meet the staff of Scuderia Ferrari with whom he will work this season as a reserve driver.

After Jean-Eric Vergne et Sebastian Vettel, it's the turn ofEsteban Gutierrez to go to Maranello (Italy) to meet Scuderia Ferrari staff. The 23-year-old Mexican had to give up his starting position after two seasons at Sauber F1 Team, a common characteristic with the French abandoned by Red Bull.

“The most important thing for me is to adapt to this new environment as quickly as possible”, said on the official website of the Scuderia Esteban Gutiérrez, who already knows the Prancing Horse engine department since he supplies Sauber. “I have to get to know the people I will work with and I hope that my experience with the Ferrari Power Unit will allow me to contribute to the development of this new engine."

Esteban Gutiérrez had a difficult 2014 season as Sauber F1 Team failed to score a single point in 19 Grands Prix.
