F1-EL3: Vettel makes appointment for qualifying

The final runs before qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix were finally run in completely dry conditions, allowing the drivers to switch to the new super-soft tires. With these compounds, it is Sebastian Vettel who beat both Mercedes de Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg.
