Felipe Massa will not hesitate to take risks

Abu Dhabi will mark the end of the career in F1 de Felipe Massa. After the first announcement of his retirement at the end of 2016 before being recalled by Williams to evolve alongside Lance stroll, the Brazilian finally indicated that 2017 would indeed be his final season.

In the wake of a Brazilian Grand Prix full of emotions for the Paulista, it was without pressure that the 2008 world vice-champion approached this last race. His top 10 in qualifying proves according to Massa that he has lost none of his speed.

“Concluding with good times, good races, it’s a good way to retire, admits the former pilot Ferrari. I make the best (by myself), and I show that I am competitive. I made it to Q3 and got the most out of the car, I'm so happy with what I achieved and it shows that I'm at the peak of my competitiveness. »

After this successful session, Felipe Massa intends to attack without restraint from 14 p.m. on the Yas Marina Circuit. “I’m so happy with what I’ve achieved and I’m really looking forward to the race. A few points would be great. I want to have fun. I have nothing to lose, I will risk everything. »
